Jacquelyne Foster

Hello My Name Is...

Ms. Foster

Ms. Foster

My name is Jacquelyne Foster.  I am in my 10+ year of teaching.
My love of education began when I was just a 5 year old in school.  I loved waking up and being with my teacher each day.  Once I stepped off the school bus, I bolted inside to teach my stuffed animals all I had learned that day.
After high school, I continued my education at Arizona State University where I obtained my bachelors degree.  Then, with one and a half years of teaching under my belt, I returned to school for three years to earn my masters in Bilingual and Multicultural Education and Early Elementary Education.
My career began in the Roosevelt School District before returning home to Wisconsin for six months.  In 2006, I returned to Arizona to teach 5th grade in the Cartwright School District.  Two years ago, I began to feel the need for change and a challenge.  I jumped at the chance to teach in the Alhambra School District.  This is a choice I am so happy to have made.
