Hello My Name Is...
I am Ms. Madrigal, I have worked at Granada Primary for 7 years. I first began my journey here as a Reading Instructor and then became a 3rd grade teacher two years after that. I graduated from ASU with my BA and recently from WGU with my MA in Mathematics. I have two dogs, no children at this point in my life. I love to teach!
I believe that every child who enters my classroom can and will succeed. I hold high expectations for each of my students. As a teacher, I believe it is my job to facilitate learning and provide a safe learning environment that supports risk-taking and invites the sharing of ideas. I believe that every student can reach his or her potential with loving support from teachers and parents. My expectations are as follows: all students will come to class prepared (completed homework, behavior chart signed daily, a positive attitude, and an open mind), they work their hardest, they respect everyone on the campus of Granada Primary; and most importantly they have fun learning. In order for students to meet these expectations it is important for our lines of communication to be strong. I can be reached by phone or email. I am also able to meet with you if you have any concerns so we can work together to solve them.
